The breakfast included eggs prepared to order.
The room felt dated and lacked a cozy atmosphere. Minimal toiletries were provided, just a small hand soap and a mini sachet of shower and shampoo. I expected more for the price. It really wasn't enough to wash both hair and body.

I found the staff friendly, always ready to help with directions. the breakfast offered a good selection with fresh options. the location was super convenient. It was really close to everything (i really liked that!).
the stairs were quite steep and there was no elevator, making it a bit difficult with luggage.

Location is great and central. Staff is top notch! It is a pet friendly hotel, that is really wonderful. I had a super relaxed vibe, the room was large and breakfast were yummy. It's the best!
The hotel had narrow ancient stairs to rooms. It's very difficult with luggage. I would request the new part next time.

The hotel provides a free city shuttle to the train station. This service is just half a block from the entrance. It makes travel very easy and convenient arriving or departing by train.

the check-in process was efficient. the staff provided helpful information. the room was a perfect size. breakfast was excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the triple room did not resemble photos. it needed a fresh start. one host was impolite to my child. the host asked him to be quiet in the morning.
